We believe that awakening, healing and transformation should be accessible to all, regardless of financial circumstance. At the same time, the work we offer is the result of decades of lived experience, training, thousands of hours of research and practical experience, and deep dedication — and we honor its value by receiving support through service fees (structured as equitable contributions). To embody equity, we use a tiered structure that invites each person to contribute in alignment with their financial means. Those with greater financial capacity help make it possible for others with less access to still participate. In this way, we hold one another in community, ensuring that the doors of awakening and transformation remain open to all.
Community Contribution Statement
Higher contributions beyond covering the direct costs of delivering our services go toward two important purposes: supporting our continuing education and training so that we can bring the most effective, grounded, and evolving practices into our work together, and providing scholarships for those of lesser means who would not otherwise be able to access this work, even at the Minimum tier. In this way, your generosity not only sustains this practice but also expands access to awakening, healing and transformation for our wider community.

15-Month Holistic Transformation Program
This comprehensive program is designed to support lasting transformation through a balance of counseling, expanded consciousness work, and community practice.

Travel, Meals, and Expenses (TME) for Off-Site Expanded Consciousness Work
When Expanded Consciousness (EC) sessions are conducted outside of the primary place of practice, the client is responsible for covering any related Travel, Meals, and Expenses (TME) incurred in the facilitation of this work. This may include, but is not limited to, travel time, transportation, lodging, meals, venue costs, or other reasonable expenses necessary to ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.
All TME will be discussed in advance, estimated where possible, and agreed upon prior to the scheduling of an off-site EC session. A detailed accounting of actual expenses will be provided upon request, and reimbursement will be due at the time of final payment for the session.
This ensures that the sacred work of Expanded Consciousness can be facilitated in settings that best support your needs while maintaining fairness, transparency, and mutual agreement around associated costs.
Expanded Consciousness Service Requirements:
• Eligibility: Expanded Consciousness sessions are only available after completion of intake, preparatory counseling, and agreement to ongoing integration work.
• Session Structure: Each EC session requires a minimum of 1 preparatory session and 2 post-integration counseling sessions with me.
• Commitment: You must demonstrate a clear commitment to ongoing integration work, either with me or with another qualified therapist/guide (name and contact information required).
Payment Schedules
• Initial Retainer: $1,000 per individual; 10% of total fee for 15-Month Program - (applied toward fees)
• Counseling Sessions: Payment due immediately post-session
• Expanded Consciousness and group Sessions: Full payment due one week prior
• 15-Month Holistic Transformation Program: Payments due quarterly or based on agreed upon payment plan
• I am also open to discussing payments plans based on financial ability
• Preferred methods: Cash, Venmo, PayPal
• Credit card payments: +5% processing fee
** Client may terminate program at any time with a 7 day advanced notice. If terminated prior to completion of program term, client will be charged standard session fees (stated above) for completed sessions retroactive to start date. Outstanding balance is due in full upon completion or cancelation. Client will receive a full statement within 7 days from request.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for counseling sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the session , and 7 days in advance for Expanded Consciousness or group sessions. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of session fee. If the client misses an appointment without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the Guide’s discretion.
Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. If the client wishes to terminate, a final session is recommended to ensure proper closure and transition.
