What is the True Essence of Freedom?

Freedom is an illusive term with a different meaning to each person in pursuit of it. After a decade of relentless seeking for the true essence of freedom across multitude of spiritual and psychological maps and modalities both ancient and modern, and deep self exploration, I found its meaning to me.
Every map and path pointed to the same basic principle. True essence of Freedom is liberation from the bonds of internal struggles caused by beliefs that don't serve the Truth. And that our organic or true self is whole, healthy, innately wise and intelligent.
Truth is that which originates from a place of love and abundance, and false is that which originates from a place of fear and scarcity. Universally there are only two emotions (energies in motion), Love and Fear, and every emotion emanates from these two sources.
Our thoughts and associated emotions generate vibrations that are transmitted throughout every cell within and out beyond our physical bodies, define our state of being, and manifest everything in our life. As within so without. Our thoughts are reflections of our beliefs system (our programs) held deep in our subconscious (the living supercomputer). Our beliefs are formed and validated through our experiences, and information we receive from our environment through all of our senses (including our sixth sense). Our core belief system (programming) is predominantly established in our formidable childhood years.
Our internal state of being is generally defined by events that activate a belief in us (a butterfly or a snake crossing our path, spoken words, actions or felt energy of another persons, a natural event, etc.). That activation is either positive (in alignment with our belief, joyful), or negative (goes against our beliefs, creates a struggle), and it happens unconsciously 95%-99% of the time. We cannot truly control anything outside of ourselves and our thoughts. Control is a total illusion. To attempt to do so only creates more struggle.
To quote Rumi (from Ghazal 1419) - Liberation means to de-condition, de-identify from all that we think we know. It takes a while until the body and the mind have adapted to a life suspended upside down. There is doubt, fear and agony until one day there is this knowing: I am free. And then I look up at my toes and smile….
To find liberation from internal struggles, and manifest a life that is peaceful and in alignment with our organic or true self, we need to trace and map our actions to our thoughts, and our thoughts to sensations, and emotions, our emotions to a memory or experience, and finally to our beliefs. We then have to examine our belief to see if it is rooted in Truth, or False. The final part of this journey is the revision of those beliefs (programs or neural pathways) and Samskara's (somatic memories of the experiences) that no longer serve us held deep in our subconscious and body. Releasing ourselves from the bonds of False beliefs is the path to Freedom.
Thankfully, we have all the resources we need to make this journey.
